The services on site are Custom Apparel, Tumblers and Crafts. Please read all information before purchase, once purchase is made you are responsible for understanding and must follow said terms. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and tax/prices information is on cart/purchase page.

Return Policy

​

1930eve.com accepts refunds within 14 days of received date, if item(s) not damaged in the original packaging with receipt. (Excluding: Custom items and Custom Tumblers) If you receive a damaged item caused by an error by me it will be exchanged for another at no charge, but customer is responsible for shipping product (label) back or you will receive a store credit. Please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the package. Contact me at Shevohn@1930eve.com with your information. Returns can only be sent back to address that was sent from.

Shipping Policy

 We cannot change shipping address once order has been placed. Please make sure address is correctly entered at checkout. 

If address is not put in correctly, we will send an email to let you know and you have 2 days to change, or order will be canceled and refunded, and you will have to reorder again with the correct address. if order has been shipped with incorrect address its your responsibility to contact currier (USPS). You will be responsible for all charges that occur with tracking package. If package is sent back to me from USPS I will cancel and refund the order minus the shipping fee. You will have to reorder again. We are not libel for lost packages due to fault of USPS, but if you have not received package within 2 weeks, please send an email and we will try to help you. File claim with USPS if packaged was marked as delivered and you didn't receive it give it a few days sometimes it gets busy, if you still did not receive contact USPS to let them know its lost. Once they contact you send me an email from USPS and we will try to help you anyway we can.

Tumblers

​

 Tumblers have a 4 to 8 week turnaround for custom orders. Readymade tumblers/mugs will be sent 3-7 business days and are Not Refundable unless error made by us. If tumbler has an error on my part, you can return, and I will fix at no charge. You will be responsible for shipping cost. After tumbler is finished it will be sent out and you will receive and confirmation via email. Once you purchase you have up to 24 hours to make changes or cancel order. After 24 hours I will not accept cancellation or changes.

When placing custom orders please make sure you are specific about what you want in your custom tumbler

All items are handmade and may have small imperfections. I aim to provide top quality products.

Please contact me on consultation page and fill out form and I will contact you within 48 hours. Please de in mind that the more ordered items will extend processing and shipping time.

We own the rights to any created custom products on sites and its not to be used to sell as own creation. this includes images, text, software, logos, patents, videos, graphics, trademarks, copyrights, music and audio and all other property rights belonging to Shevohn Powell. If want to use customs made by Shevohn on social media pages via getting approval and putting credit using 1930eve.com by Shevohn. email me for approval. Thankyou!

We have the right to suspend and or terminate account if any terms listed are violated.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify (not hold) ( Shevohn Powell) from loss, liability claims, expenses (lawsuits/ attorney fees) made against them by third parties in with your use connection or use of site with site (1930eve.com).
